What might raise questions
Does our company qualify?
Yes, if you have Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard or Premium and up to 300 users. Each company gets one trial with up to 25 users.
Can we choose who uses the trial?
Yes. We recommend picking people who work together — value appears faster and they have someone to share experiences with.
Does the trial cost us anything?
No. Up to 25 licences for 30 days are completely free. A paid period only starts if you decide to continue (or if you don't notify us of cancellation).
How much work does this create for our IT?
Practically none. Primend does the technical setup — if you have your own IT admin, we send them a simple step-by-step guide.
Does the trial automatically become paid?
Microsoft's trial is set up so it does NOT automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends. If you notify us that you would like to continue, we will set it up for you.
