What might raise questions
Does our company qualify?
Yes, if you have Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard or Premium and up to 300 users. Each company gets a trial with 10 to 25 users. For fewer users, Primend reserves the right to decline.
Can we choose who uses the trial?
Yes. We recommend picking people who work together — value appears faster and they have someone to share experiences with.
Can the trial be activated for different employees at different times?
No. The trial must begin at the same time for all participants. That is why we need the full list of participating employees when you register.
Can I join the Copilot trial through Primend if my Microsoft 365 licence is managed by another provider?
Yes. You can still take part in the Copilot trial through Primend, regardless of who currently manages your Microsoft 365 licence.
Why should I join the trial if I already have a Copilot Business licence?
The trial offers more than access to Copilot. Every workday, you receive a free practical prompt and a short video guiding you through a different exercise, helping you get more value from Copilot.
Does the trial cost us anything?
No. Up to 25 licences for 30 days are completely free. A paid period only starts if you decide to continue (or if you don't notify us of cancellation).
How much work does this create for our IT?
Practically none. Primend does the technical setup — if you have your own IT admin, we send them a simple step-by-step guide.
Does the trial automatically become paid?
Microsoft's trial is set up so it does NOT automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends. If you notify us that you would like to continue, we will set it up for you.
